Episode Synopsis: Radio Bam has officially turned into Radio CKY this week, as Bam is away on the Element Tour. The band is currently on their own tour, and the boys don’t hesitate to give us several updates on their current/future performance schedules and playlist choices. Jess is deemed the decision maker for the show because his voice’s uncanny likeness to Bam’s just before it’s revealed that Phil was born with three testicles. CKY sings their praises for Sweden’s “Graveyard,” relive their crazy escapades with the band, and they explain why their bass player has a huge bump on his nose. They ponder how their fan base seems to mysteriously stay the same age throughout the years, and then they realize that they have none of their stories in order to make a great radio show. They pull it together enough to talk about Phil from Malevolent Creation and his experience of walking in on a robbery, before they lose the conversation once again to Chad’s farting abilities. A waitress at CKY’s latest concert is discussed, and how she got her nickname, “Bullet Wound.” The boys talk about their bus driver, Tom, and his previous run-ins with the law and how it could have caused problems with them getting into Canada, and they then begin making up bus driver stories of their own. After reminding everyone of their future stops on tour, CKY tributes Novak by ending the show with a little song that might strike a chord with him… Featured Songs: Def Leppard – “Another Hit and Run” CKY – “And She Never Returned” Graveyard – “Thin Line” Graveyard – “As years pass by, the hours bend” Malevolent Creation – “The Deviant’s March” Foreign Objects – “Big Boy” Velvet Underground – “Heroin” Download: 203 - Radio Bam 08/10/09 - Please login to download.
